Refund and Returns Policy
Welcome to Lynver Realty! We aim to provide quality makeup brushes and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange the exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are exempt from returns, including any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
5. Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Please ensure that the return is well-packaged and insured, as we cannot accept liability for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
